ImporterSecurityFiling.com was created by ACCB Customs Broker, a Nationally Licensed Customs Broker authorized by CBP Customs and Border Protection to provide ISF Filing and Customs Clearance services to importers located in all 50 States of the U.S.

The goal is to provide importers an easier way to obtain ISF Filing, ISF Bond and Customs Clearance service online via the Online ISF Filing Form which importers can easily upload their ISF and shipping documents to be processed 7 days a week in order to avoid being late with the ISF Filing requirements set by CBP. As CBP requires the ISF to be filed before the shipment leaves, round the clock filing services are essential to avoid being late with the ISF.

Customer Support Common Questions

1. What is the turnaround time to receive the completed ISF?
​
The turnaround time is within 6 hours of submission. A copy of the completed ISF you should receive by email. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact us.

2. Are proofs of photo ID and my Tax ID required for the ISF Filing?
​
Yes, US Customs and Border Protection requires positive verification of importer ID before any submissions or filings to customs can be made. If any of the proofs of ID are missing, our import agent will notify you by email to provide any pending documents.

3. Do you also handle customs clearance filing when my goods arrive to the port?
​
Yes we also handle the customs clearance process. Our import broker agent who sends you the completed ISF, will also be the same ones who will work with you on the customs clearance. Any related fees and duty regarding customs clearance will be sent to you on the week of arrival to review and confirm before payment.

5. My seller has not provided me with the ISF info sheet yet. Can I still start the online form?
​
Yes you may start customs service first by filling out our online form. Any pending documents can be provided later by email when you receive it from your seller later.
